Why me
I've been building websites, automation and growth systems for businesses since 2002. Today I run the backends for a portfolio of my own content brands — capture, follow-up, AI replies and weekly self-improving content loops — on n8n and Claude. So when I say something works, it's because I watched it run this morning.

Backends I run right now
For my co-living brand I built a WhatsApp agent that handles inbound enquiries and books viewings on its own — it captures the lead, answers the repeat questions, and nudges the ones who go quiet, without me touching it.
My own finance brand runs its whole backend without me in the loop: content going out daily, a five-email nurture sequence that follows up automatically, and a system that improves itself week over week.
I also run the giving backends for several monasteries — live progress bars, offering pages and automated receipts — so this is built on systems I actually operate for real organisations, not theory.
